No Smoking, No Pets, Awning Use Renter Addendum

I understand this RV Travel Trailer is Non-Smoking, and as such agree not to smoke cigarettes, cigars, cloves, vapor e-cigs or any other burnables, incense, etc. inside this unit. If the RV is returned with any odors I will lose my entire security deposit and be charged additional fees to remove the odors.

I understand this RV Travel Trailer has a No Pets Policy, and that upon return and check-in, any evidence of pets will result in the loss of my entire security deposit.

You will be educated at rental checkout on the Proper Use Of The Awning. Damaged Awnings are the number one insurance claim for RV rentals. I agree that I will not use the Awning if any wind is present, and that if I leave the RV for any reason, I will retract the Awning to the stored position. I Agree to retract the Awning before going to sleep at night. Failure to retract the Awning can result in the loss of my security deposit and I may be charged more money for repairs and loss of business while being repaired.
